I loved light and wonderful breakfast, stunningly beautiful views.

The location was excellent, just a short walk away from a main square. Plus it was in a shopping area.

The two-night stay in a stylish king room with a great view of beautiful churches and complimentary coffee was fantastic.

Stayed at Hyatt for 7 days. All the staff, from the door men to the receptionist, were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the daily housekeeping did a great job. The breakfast had a great choice and the quality of the food was very good. The currency exchange in the hotel was convenient. The Elite Taxi service was reliable. The location was excellent, with great views of the cathedral and easy access to attractions. The spa and its treatments were wonderful. a perfect downtown hotel experience.

I had an amazing stay in this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with spotless rooms and well-maintained facilities. The hotel had a fantastic gym and a great pool area, perfect for relaxation. The location was excellent, right in the center of the city, close to all the main attractions and even the US Embassy. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, from the welcoming door men to the attentive restaurant and leisure center staff. The breakfast offered a wide selection and the dining experience at the Asian restaurant was outstanding.

During my xmas stay, the hotel offered complimentary breakfast and free Wi-Fi, which was great. The location was perfect, as it was close to many tourist attractions and public transportation. Additionally, the room had a great view of the city that I really enjoyed.

The negatives overshadowed the positives. The room was not clean and there was a bad odor coming from the bathroom.

From the moment I stepped into the hotel, everything was perfect. The rooms were clean, modern, and beautiful. The fitness center was top-notch, one of the best I've seen in Europe. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. The location of the hotel was superb, and the top floor bar offered breathtaking views. This hotel surpassed even some of the top luxury hotels I've stayed at around the world. I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional customer service and accommodations.

The hotel I stayed at in the city center had amazing, exclusive amenities that met all my luxurious needs. the spa and wellness center was impeccable, the indoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi were relaxing, and the sauna and Turkish bath added to the indulgent experience. the room advantages were top, notch, with private facilities making my stay even more exclusive. the breakfast in, room was delicious and the bar/lounge area provided the perfect atmosphere for my evening libations.

There was only one minor issue during my stay at the hotel , the location. While it was centrally located, it was sometimes difficult to navigate the busy city streets to get there.

The hotel is in the centre of Kyiv, modern and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room had a lovely view of the cathedral and had all the amenities expected from a 5-star hotel. The spa was wonderful for relaxation.
